However, we do offer a return or exchange privilege 14-days from your receipt date for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging. SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. All claims regarding damages, including drop shipped items, must be reported within 7 days. Socks, tights, hats and bows may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. For all other items, securely pack and seal the return merchandise and explanation slip in a shipping box or envelope, and send using an INSURED service in order to track it, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Fireflychildrensboutique.com DOES NOT REFUND initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. Any orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, fireflychildrensboutique.com will email a code to be used toward your next online purchase valid for one year from the date of issue. If a refund is required please allow 30 days for your return to appear on your statement. Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as the previous guide lines are followed. You must supply the name of the purchaser in order for us to locate the original receipt. If you decide to refuse any shipments from fireflychildrensboutique.com we reserve the right to deduct all shipping costs from the return or exchange.

- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM CT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day. All orders placed after 3 PM CT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday. We use USPS for shipping, priority and flat rate shipping (when applicable) are available.
